Ingredients

  • 4 Teaspoons paprika
  • 2 Teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 2 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 2 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric, ground
  • 2 teaspoon cardamon, ground
  • ½ teaspoon cloves ground
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • ½ teaspoon Aleppo pepper
  • 4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vegeta (or any MSG based bouillon powder)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Measure and place all the spices into a bowl. Stir to combine, then add the spice blend to an airtight spice jar or container.
  • Spices tend to keep for up to 3 months with flavour lost. Be sure to purchase your spice at a bulk store that has a high product turnover.

Notes

Aleppo pepper may not be the easiest ingredient to find. So, feel free to swap it with regular chilli flakes or cayenne. A word of caution with the cayenne you'll need to reduce the amount unless you want it really spicy.
